The merger of Diethelm Keller Services Asia Ltd. and SiberHegner Holding Ltd. in June 2002 led to the formation of DKSH Holding Ltd. DKSH Hong Kong Ltd. was incorporated in February 2005.

Our FMCG Business Segment provides full agency and third-party logistics services that include importation, warehousing, co-packing, transportation, selling, marketing, merchandising, and back office services through well-trained logistics, sales, and marketing teams.
Food Services & Hotel Supplies
We import semi-finished gourmet pastry ingredients, couvertures, dairy products, frozen fruits, jams, tea, coffee, coffee machines, unbreakable polycarbonate tableware, yeasts, essence, as well as many other pastry professional items for customers in Hong Kong, Macao and China.
Luxury & Lifestyle
The Luxury & Lifestyle Business Segment markets and distributes luxury watches, and accessories and apparel in Hong Kong. DKSH’s services include brand-building, marketing, advertising, business strategy development, sales, distribution, and after-sales services, always customized to suppliers’ needs. In parallel with our wholesale operations, DKSH operates retail outlets, either as flagship stores, shop-in-shop units, or multi-brand boutiques, offering a wide range of internationally branded luxury products.
Hair & Skin Cosmetics
Our Hair and Skin Cosmetics (HAS) Business Segment specializes in the importation, brand-building, and distribution of prestigious hair care, skin care, and cosmetic products for selective distribution.
We provide local expertise in sales, marketing, and professional training to build brands that generate beauty from head to toe and from skin to hair. The products we handle range from luxurious skin care and hair care to high-end pampering spa products. Our know-how and professionalism in hairdressing and the beauty industry provide imported brands with a solid platform for sustainable growth in Hong Kong, Macau, and the PRC.
Consumer Health
Our Consumer Health team imports, distributes, markets, and sells over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, health and nutritional supplements, traditional Chinese medicine, and personal care products.
Our trained professionals offer multi-disciplinary talent, specific expertise, and tremendous energy. They are structured into focused, powerful teams that deliver excellence in key account management, trade sales, product management, merchandising, and marketing.
Ethical products
Our pharmaceuticals team represents more than 35 major multinational pharmaceutical companies, including Janssen, MSD, and Roche. We also manage over 30% of the drug supply for the Hong Kong pharmaceutical industry.
Our Healthcare Alliance medical promotion teams are responsible for the management of sales and marketing to private doctors, hospitals, and organizations under the Hospital Authority. We have the largest field force in Hong Kong for trade sales and marketing to retail pharmacies and drug stores, including Watsons and Mannings.

Our core products in the food industry are: antioxidants, acidity regulators, emulsifiers, food colors, high-performance nutritional supplements, preservatives, stabilizers, and thickeners. Continually expanding, we enrich our product portfolios by purchasing around the world, for example Italian fine wines and pastas, Greek olive oils, American sauces, and Japanese fruit juices.
